Return Policy

At Hewlletprinter, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return policy. 

Return Window:

You have 7-days (we’ve changed it to reflect your 7-day policy) from the date of delivery to return your unopened and unused ink cartridges for a full refund.

Eligible Items for Return:

  • Unopened and unused ink cartridges in their original packaging.
  • We cannot accept returns on opened, used, or damaged ink cartridges.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Customer Service:
  2. Provide Order Details: Have your order number and the specific ink cartridges you wish to return ready.
  3. Return Instructions: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your items.  
     

Return Shipping:

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your returned items.
  • Please keep your return receipt for your records.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify that they meet the conditions outlined above, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price (excluding original and return shipping costs) to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.

Important Notes:

  • All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your original receipt or packing slip.
  • We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our return policy guidelines.

Defective or Damaged Products:

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement product, a full refund, or store credit.
